Meet Anubam – Guardian of the Fox Creek Tavern

I’m honored to introduce Anubam, a life-sized fox sculpture I created for Fox Creek Tavern in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Anubam now welcomes guests at the entrance of the restaurant, sitting with a calm and grounded presence. Sculpted in clay with a natural, realistic form, he holds two internal energy points—the heart and the third eye chakras—infused during his creation to carry warmth, connection, and quiet guardianship.

Foxes have long been symbols of adaptability, intuition, and gentle protection. Anubam was shaped with these qualities in mind—a steady companion to the stories, meals, and shared moments that fill the tavern each day.
